At The Cotton and Flannel Co, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery service for your fabric orders. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing and Delivery Schedule

Once you place an order on our website, we will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: Midnight (CST)
  • Order Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday-Friday)
  • Transit Time: 2-8 Business Days (Monday-Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated 3-10 business days, depending on your location

Shipping Carrier

We use ShipStation and partner with USPS, UPS and FedEx to ensure timely and safe delivery of your fabric orders.

Shipping Locations

We ship within the United States.

Shipping Fees

  • $9.95 flat rate for orders up to $74.99
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders of $75 or more

Note: Gift cards do not count toward the free shipping threshold.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. We will also notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We understand that plans change! You may modify or cancel your order as long as:

  • Your fabric has not been cut, AND
  • Your package has not shipped

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

  • If we make an error with your address, we will cover the cost of reshipment.
  • If the error is on the customer's end, the customer will be responsible for
    reshipment costs.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation
  • Check all possible delivery locations at your residence
  • Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package
  • Contact USPS with your tracking number to initiate a claim

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.

Shipping Delays

We aim to meet our delivery estimates, but delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please email our support team at helpdesk@thecottonandflannelco.com

Holiday Closures

We do not ship on Federal Holidays. Orders placed during holiday closures will be processed on the next business day.
